Coach Zico brings over 15 years of diverse coaching experience to ECC, having developed his expertise in soccer across the USA, Europe, Africa and South America. His role will be to support and assist Coach Pedro in both the on-field and off-field development of players. Prior to joining ECC, Zico held key positions such as Academy Manager, Academy Director, and Director of Coaching at TSF Academy, Arsenal Soccer Schools Academy USA, and STA Mount Olive Soccer Club respectively.

Zico's educational background includes an undergraduate degree in Sports Management with a minor in Business Administration. He holds multiple prestigious coaching licenses, including the UEFA A license, The FA International License, the KNVB (Dutch) International License, and the United Soccer Coaches Premier Diploma. Throughout his career, Zico has successfully guided numerous players towards achieving their aspirations of playing at the collegiate or professional level.
