Essex County College Athletic Facilities Rental Form

Essex County College Athletic Facilities  are available for rental by both college-affiliated and external organizations.  To initiate a rental request, complete the facility rental form. Completed Athletic Facilities rental form does not mean this rental request is approved. An Essex County staff member from Auxillary Services will review the completed request and will follow up with an email. 

Requests must be made 30 days prior to requested event date.

Rental Process:
  1. Complete the Athletic Facilites Rental Form:  Obtain the form from the Essex County College Athletics website.
  2. Submit the form
  3. Wait for a response:  Allow 3-5 business days for the Auxillary Services Department to review the request

 

Essex County College Intercollegiate Athletics events, practices, and requests for space are of priority and hold precedence over outside requests for facility use. Athletic facility space rental, by College-affiliated organizations, or otherwise will be considered once all departmental program needs are met and are subject to change or cancelation at any time by department administration.

Indoor Facilitiy:

  • Cleo Hill Sr. Gymnasium: Newark Campus

Outdoor Facility:

  • Essex County College Soccer Field (Turf): West Caldwell Campus
