Koi Kirk Jr Named To First Team All Region

Newark, NJ -After a strong individual season, sophomore guard, Koi Kirk Jr. made First Team All-Region for the Wolverines.

Koi averaged 22.5ppg, 6.2 rebounds per game, 2 apg and shot 46.7% from the field in 21 games played this season for the Wolverines. Koi Kirk Jr.'s biggest offensive output this season was 37 points in a big win over conference leading Raritan Valley Community College at Raritan. Kirk led the team in scoring with a total of 507 points this season and a total of 950 points in his two years as a Wolverine.

Essex Wolverines ended their 2023-24 season with an 11-13 overall record and 5-7 record in the conference and although the Wolverines did not make the playoffs, it came down to the final game of the season vs Morris to decide final playoff seeding.
