Professionally, Ariel contributed to integrated marketing and creative strategy at Minute Media, a global technology and content company that owns and operates leading sports and entertainment brands including The Players’ Tribune, FanSided, 90min, and Sports Illustrated. She later expanded her expertise in human performance and wellness as a one-on-one assisted stretching practitioner, applying her knowledge of body mechanics to support individual health and recovery.
Ariel also brought her passion for sport and community to the YMCA, where she championed youth development, social responsibility, and community engagement through sports-based programming.
In her current role, Ariel is dedicated to creating a supportive and high-performing athletic environment at Essex County College. She is a steadfast advocate for athlete well-being and sport safety, committed to fostering a culture of integrity, accountability, and care where every student-athlete is protected, empowered, and able to thrive both in competition and in life.
